AdBlue crystallisation is the white deposit left when the fluid dries — around the dosing injector, the filler and any leak. It blocks the injector and it corrodes what it sits on. Call 01295 380724.
Urea solution leaves solid urea behind as its water evaporates. At a leaking joint that means a visible white crust. At the dosing injector tip, which runs hot in the exhaust stream, it means a progressively restricted orifice and a dosing pressure fault.
