Terms of service

Work is carried out by mobile technicians engaged by Fuel Fixer Ltd. A price is quoted on the telephone before a technician travels. The £89 call-out is the attendance charge; the job total is quoted separately and confirmed before work begins.

Where an SCR system requires component replacement — dosing injector, metering pump, tank or catalyst — that is quoted separately and is not included in any drain or flush price. Where a job cannot be completed at the roadside, that will be stated on the telephone wherever it is apparent from the information given, rather than after attendance.

Nothing on this site is a diagnosis of a particular vehicle. Figures for tank capacity, consumption and inducement distance vary by manufacturer and model; your handbook is the authority for your vehicle.

Removing or disabling emissions control equipment on a road vehicle is unlawful in the United Kingdom and is not a service offered. Nothing here should be read as an offer to do so.
