Engine oil carries a load-bearing film between bearing shells, journals, cam lobes and followers. Urea solution does not emulsify into oil in any useful way and it does not carry load. Run the engine and you are running plain bearings on water. Urea is also corrosive to the bearing overlay metals and to aluminium, and it will attack the oil cooler internals. This is not a drain-and-go job.
